No contract will subsist between the customer and Bra-kini (trading name Bra-kini ltd) for the sale of any product unless and until Bra-kini accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has been dispatched. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be interpreted, constructed and enforced in accordance will the Laws of England, and you the customer and Bra-kini irrevocably agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

We constantly examine and pack every product ourselves in order to ensure high quality standards are met before any orders are dispatched. Bra-kini hope you are entirely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not we are willing to refund or exchange any items returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Any items returned must be unworn with all labels attached and in the original packaging our policy does not cover any items that have been worn unless the product is found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that post and packaging is non refundable but if you wish to exchange an item you will not be asked to pay additional postage.
