We are happy to pay for the first class return of your parcel if you live within the UK. Simply stick the returns label to the front of your parcel making sure it is securely sealed and state whether you want an exchange or refund in a letter, which accompanies your items.

Postage and packaging is non refundable however you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you exchange your item. Please make sure you acquire a free proof of posting certificate from the post office.
